Luneos Green Energy is a joint venture between the SUSI Energy Transition Fund (“SETF”) and Luneos, a leading Polish provider of energy transition services for business clients. SETF is an investment vehicle managed by Swiss-based energy transition infrastructure specialist SUSI Partners on behalf of institutional investors, the majority of which are pension funds and insurance companies mandated to responsibly invest the savings of thousands of beneficiaries.

Michał Kozłowski
President and CEO of Luneos Green Energy
With over 20 years of experience in organizational management and wind energy, Michał Kozłowski is an expert in the area of developing, financing and building projects. He has been the long-time vice president of the Polish Wind Energy Association. From 2004 to 2016, he was the Business Development Director and board member of the Polish Energy Partners group and Polenergia (after the merger). Since 2018, he is the COO and co-founder of Luneos – the Polish market leader in energy transition solutions for businesses, in an innovative as-a-service financing model.
Zbigniew Prokopowicz
Vice president of Luneos Green Energy
Zbigniew Prokopowicz looks back on more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development, the operational optimization of businesses, financing, and attracting investors in capital markets. From 2004 to 2016, he led the Polish Energy Partners Group (later merged with Polenergia) as CEO. From 2016, he was successively the chairman of the supervisory board, CEO and then member of the supervisory board of Pfleiderer – one of the largest manufacturers of wood products in Europe. From 2018 onwards, he has been the CEO and co-founder of Luneos – the Polish market leader in energy transition solutions for businesses, in an innovative as-a-service financing model.
